The device has a spring loaded button that pushed on the sector shaft in place of your adjustment screw. Nice product for Ross steering boxes. This Tight Steer© has 7/16-20 threads.

Fits all models listed below. On Pick Up Truck, Station Wagon and Sedan Delivery models up to 1953 use this Tight Steer© for 1954-1963 models with the larger box, choose TightSteer© model 200.)
