This is the over drive boot hold down ring for Warn and Saturn over drives. The ring is specifically for CJ and M38 models but on the Pick Up Truck, Station Wagon and Sedan Delivery models the boot can be modified to work. The hold down ring is designed to work with the flat boot with a single hole for the over drive shifter to move through.
Note: This hold down ring works best on dual shifter transfer cases but can be modified to work on single shifter applications and must be bent to fit the contour of the floor.
